The Internet Guide to Scotland
is designed and maintained solely by
Joanne Mackenzie-Winters.
The web site is entirely self-funding and doesn't benefit from any assistance from tourism bodies or local enterprise organisations. As such it is not possible for me to produce and mail out brochures.
However, you are welcome to download and print any of my web site contents for personal use on your visit to Scotland.
To obtain free travel brochures, I suggest you fill in the enquiry forms
on the following official tourist board web sites (which are not connected to me in any way):
Places:
If you are in North America, you can request brochures direct from the main Scottish Tourist Board
via their page at ComeToScotland.com
(click on the link for the free Vacation Planner)
There will be lots of special events in 2009 for the Year of Homecoming Scotland - check their site for details.
Ancestral Scotland is the official genealogy website of the Scottish Tourist board and has info about how to visit places where your family came from.
For visitors with mobility problems, VisitScotland produces a specific brochure called
Accessible Scotland
